Management - COD is headed by a board members that is
comprised of an advisory wing, policy making
team and evaluators of the organization's performance. Board members consist of credible
people drawn from diverse professions related to
human rights, education, Law, Health and
research and community development. The
project team oversees the day to day running of
the organization.
