Power FM

As part of the ongoing road safety week Chariots of Destiny took its campaign to the Homeboyz Entertainment Group in which we were hosted by the staff and management of Power FM. We took them through the basics of road safety and COD's achievements to date.

The staff at Homeboyz showed enthusiasm and eagerness to participate further with the campaign on top of the sensitization which they had done a week earlier when Casey Marenge (COD) and Bright Oywaya (ASIRT Kenya) were aired on radio.

The Radio presenters and various personalities signed the decade of action petition and took photos to emphasize their call on affirmative action towards road safety during the global road safety forum coming up in Moscow, Russia.

The staff gave a vote of thanks towards C.O.D. for their work and pledged future co-operation towards such initiatives. Becky, the program controller power FM had this to say…”We as an organization advocate for road safety as we realize that a large proportion of accidents do occur after excessive intake of intoxicating  substances and the lack of adherence towards the basic road safety rules. We are therefore grateful to C.O.D. in educating our consumers to observe safe road usage.”
